Setup Menu - Team Setup - Summary and "Phone" Option

Summary of Team Setup
The line just above the spreadsheet has data on the current makeup of the league, that is the number of teams, players per team, etc. This information will change as you make changes to the number of teams, substitutes, etc.

Phone Option
Just to the right of the summary is a text box which by default has the word PHONE in it. Whatever is in this box will be used as a title for the "Phone" column (7th column) on the spreadsheet. This gives you the option of storing another piece of data in place of the phone number. For example, some users have asked to be able to store the Sanction Number for each player instead of the phone number. Simply replace the word PHONE with SANCTION # and the column title on the spreadsheet will change. You can then enter the Sanction number for each player in this column. The Sanction number will also print out on each report where the Phone number would have previously been listed. If you do not enter any value in this column the program will enter the default value for a phone number. If you have no use for this column, then enter something like a dash "-" or a period "." to prevent the program from entering the default phone number value.
