If you encounter a problem with the program or have a suggestion on how the program might be improved, please report the details in writing or send an E-mail to one of the addresses listed on the about page of this help file. If you are a registered user and a reported problem is not outside the design and basic limitations of the program, every effort will be made to quickly correct the problem.

To answer your questions or solve a problem, it will be very helpful to be able to see the problem exactly the way you are seeing it. The best way to do this is to Email your most recent backup file to the address below. In your Email please give as much detail as you can about the issue.

If you are experiencing a repeatable crash of the program on your system, then please click on the Option menu and put a check mark next to Program Trace.  This will create a file named "LAProgramTrace.txt" on your system. Use the program until it crashes. After the crash but before you use the program again, send this file and your most recent backup file to the Email address below. In your Email please give as much detail as you can about the issue. Your description and these two files will help greatly in resolving the issue.

If you would like to obtain a fresh copy of the latest version of the program at any time, you can do the following:

1. Download it from an information service or the website, evaluate it, and then register a license for it.

2. Send me a completed registration form with your non-refundable license registration fee.
