Reports Menu - Weekly and Season Results, and Recap Sheets

When you make this selection you will need to select whether you want a report on weekly results, results for the season, or recap sheets.

Weekly Results
If you want a simple summary of the scores you entered for a particular week, this is the report to run.

Select your report options and click on the Print button to create the report. The report indicates the points won that week and the results for each game and series with and without handicap.

Season Results
If you want to see how a team or player is doing to date, this is the report to run.

Select your report options and click on the Print button to create the report. The report gives you a week by week summary for all weeks played to date. It also reports on the current overall statistics for the team or players selected. You can select to have these summary statistics printed for any or all sessions. You can adust the decimal digits used to report on the summary statistics from 0 (zero) to 3 (three). Leagues which use match points are most likely to find this useful.

Recap Sheets
A recap sheet has the results of the weeks competition. It will have the names of the players, their handicaps, scores, games won, etc. With the program you can easily print out a blank recap sheet that you can use to record the results. If you select this menu selection you will be directed to the data entry screen. In the upper right hand corner of this screen is a list box where you can select any week for which results have already been entered. When you change the week to anything other than the current week, the scores entered for past competition will be displayed in a recap sheet on the screen. If you would like to a print out of these recap sheets with the results you can use the "Print Results" button at the bottom of the form. If Peterson Bonus Points are used, these are only reported in the CURRENT STATISTICS section at the bottom of the report as part of "Match Points Won".

If the report is for players, a check box will appear giving you the option to add the name of the team each player is on to the report.
