Option Menu - Printer Margins
If a check mark appears next to this item on the menu, reports sent to the printer will have a margin on the left and right sides of the paper by default. Some of the printed reports include a lot of data and the font size used for the printout can be small. If you eliminate the margins, the program will adjust the font to a larger size to take advantage of the extra space on the page. Click on this menu item to make the check mark come and go. You will be able to override this selection on the report screen.
