Option Menu - Print To...
Registered Version Only. Click on this selection to indicate whether reports and graphs should be displayed on the screen, printed to your printer, or saved to a file. This will be the default setting for you. You can override this default on the report screens. Each time you click on the printer option, the printer setup window will be displayed. You can also print to a PDF file using the recommended print driver.
