Required Computer Equipment

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

Computer
PC compatible with 1 MB or more of RAM for Windows 3.1 (16-bit). Other Windows versions will need 4 MB or more of RAM.
Hard Disk
At least 2 MB of free space. Records for large leagues or multiple leagues will need more disk space. Storage of backups on the hard drive will also require more disk space.
Floppy Disk (Optional)
One 1.2 MB 5.25" or 1.44MB 3.5" floppy disk drive. Unless you have a very small league, you will not be able to store the program and the data files on one floppy disk. Most people will download the program from the website and will not install it from a CD or diskettes. A system equipped with external drives or internet access will not need a floppy drive.
Optical or Flash Drive (Optional)
An optical (CD-RW or DVD-RW) drive or a Flash (Jump) drive will be useful for data backups. If you order the program on media instead of downloading it from the website, it will be supplied on a CD.
Operating System
Any version of Microsoft Windows.
Windows
Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, Win-OS/2 or any future versions of Windows that are backwards compatible with these versions. New versions of Windows may require special instructions. These will be posted on the website as needed.
Apple Mac or Linux Systems
Works well when run with Windows emulation programs such as WINE.
Monitor
VGA or better Graphics Monitor or LCD display. Color is highly recommended but not required.
Printer
A graphics capable printer, such as an ink jet or laser printer, is required for hard copy reports and graphs. The program will use any printer that you have setup to use with Windows. If you have an older printer that is not graphics capable, such as a daisy wheel printer, contact the author for versions of the program that will work with your printer.
